Residential Coneyancing

What We Do

Are you buying or selling a property, or simply moving mortgage lenders?

V J NATHAN Solicitors offers residential conveyancing or general legal advice to help you buy or sell a property or transfer a property to a loved one. Our Team has a wealth of experience in managing conveyancing matters and will aim to ensure that the legal process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

  • Buying and selling a home
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of equity
  • Matrimonial transfers

You will receive a high quality conveyancing service - important in today's property market, where many conveyancers put quantity before quality, and clients are not advised fully on their transaction.

You can be confident that we will use our experience and expertise to ensure that your transaction is completed as swiftly and efficiently as possible, ensuring that your interests are protected at all times.

Our charges are always competitive. In most instances we will be able to agree a fixed fee which we will quote to you exclusive of vat and disbursements. We pride ourselves in offering a “no hidden fee structure”.

We will advise at the outset of the transaction of the costs involved, those are the costs you will pay. Any additional costs will be scheduled to you in a comprehensive list so that you can see from the outset all the costs you will be paying down to the final penny.
Only in exceptional circumstances will we make additional charges, at which time you will always be notified well in advance.

Some firms may offer you low fee conveyancing services but please be aware of the hidden extras involved. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is certainly true in conveyancing. V J NATHAN offers an honest competitive fee structure which ensures that you get value for money, but without jeopardising the level of service you receive.

If you are buying, selling or even re-mortgaging a property you will no doubt have some unanswered questions regarding the legal process, how long it takes, what fees are involved or even what the various searches mean, and would be happy to answer any of your concerns.
